Shipping & Returns


As all of our jewellery items are handmade, we may not have every item in stock in which case your order will be made and delivered to you within 2-3 weeks.

We ship throughout Australia using Australia Post’s Express Post service. To make sure you receive your package safely, please make sure you nominate an address where the package can be signed for.

Australian Orders:

A flat rate of $10 for Express Post shipping within Australia.

Note: Remote areas or multiple orders may require additional shipping costs. We will quote you on
shipping prior to processing your order if this is the case. Please contact us if you have any queries about your shipping.

International Orders:

Please contact us for international shipping.


We agree to 14 day return or exchange if you are for some reason dissatisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us via email so that we can find the best solution (store credit or exchange) for you.
Any item being returned must be unused / unworn and received within 14 days from the date of purchase in its original packaging and condition.

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any pierced earrings.

Please note that we can only accept items that have been purchased through our online shop. Items that have been purchased from one of our stockists will need to be returned to that stockist.

Damages / Faults:

Please inspect the delivered items immediately upon receipt so that if by chance there are any damages or defects found, we can get it repaired or replaced for you. The claim for a fault or defect needs to be made via email to us at within 2 business days of receipt of delivery.
